The Standard Bank Compliance Officer Learnership is a structured program designed to provide candidates with theoretical knowledge and practical skills to excel in the financial sector. The program will run from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026, culminating in an NQF Level 6 Occupational Certificate in Compliance Officer.Participants will alternate between classroom-based theoretical learning and hands-on training in a workplace setting under the supervision of qualified trainers.

Responsibilities

• Follow a defined curriculum
• Take part in theoretical exams and practical training
• Demonstrate consistent progress under guidance

Qualifications

• Be South African citizens
• Be aged between 18–30 years
• Demonstrate proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading)
• Have completed a Tertiary Qualification (BCom, LLB, BProc, or LLM)
• Possess basic computer literacy
• Be unemployed
• Not be pursuing education at any other institution
• Not be enrolled in another learnership program
