BET Software seeks an Intermediate Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and tech solutions. This role involves collaboration with various departments, development teams, and stakeholders to deliver impactful applications. The successful candidate will contribute to project success by improving work processes, creating wireframes, conducting testing, and enhancing end-user functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate with departments to identify shortfalls
• Assist developers in determining application workflows and user interfaces
• Conduct testing, quality assurance, and create user manuals
• Improve end-user services, including web, mobile, and feature phone applications
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Provide excellent customer care by addressing needs and expectations
• Encourage cross-functional collaboration and inclusivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/IT/BA or Certificate in a related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in business analysis or related roles
• Experience with large-scale projects and day-to-day operational requests
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (advantageous)
