Essity is offering a 12-month learnership programme designed for unemployed individuals interested in Production, Quality, Controlling, and RESH. This program provides an excellent opportunity for young talents to gain both theoretical and practical knowledge in a professional setting. As a learner, you will be assigned tasks based on your area of focus, where you’ll learn to meet high business demands and provide results-driven solutions to support Essity's growth.

Responsibilities

• Participate in tasks and projects related to your learning area
• Meet business demands and work towards results-driven solutions
• Work collaboratively within a team while also handling individual tasks
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and adapt to complex situations

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Grade 12 (Matric)
• Tertiary qualification in one of the following fields: Industrial Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Operations Management, Microbiology / Biotechnology, Management Accounting / Finance, Safety / Environmental / Risk Management
• Must not have more than 1 year of full-time employment in your field of study
• Show energy, self-motivation, and commitment to excellence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well both within a team and independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
