The AFA (Accounting & Financial Advisory) Learnership 2025 is an initiative designed to equip young individuals with the necessary theoretical and practical skills to thrive in the professional world. Through this program, participants will gain academic and hands-on experience, enabling them to excel in the finance industry. AFA covers the full cost of the learnership course and provides dedicated mentoring and study support to ensure successful completion. Candidates will gain practical work experience by performing real-world tasks at AFA's offices, further enhancing their industry readiness. Participants are expected to commit to the program, complete the course within the allocated timeframe, and adhere to the study days provided for learning.

Responsibilities

• Handle requests from the office manager and senior clerks
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
• Type documents with accuracy
• Make copies and maintain diligent record-keeping
• Manage deliveries and general office administration efficiently

Qualifications

• Hold a Matric certificate at minimum
• Be pursuing studies in the Technikon finance stream (preferably)
• Have prior practical work experience in finance (essential)
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Follow instructions precisely
• Communicate clearly and effectively
