Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will analyze marketing data to provide actionable insights, improve campaign performance, and support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive data-driven strategies and enhance their understanding of customer behavior. You will also work very closely with the Data Team to help enhance their Data Platform. You will have direct access to the Data Architect, Analysts and Engineers to ensure they build a well-structured, dynamic and durable data ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Management: Gather and clean data from CRM systems, social media, and web analytics tools
• Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of campaigns and customer segmentation to identify trends
• Reporting & Visualization: Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Campaign Performance Evaluation: Assess marketing campaigns and suggest improvements
• Customer Insights: Conduct research to understand customer preferences and behaviors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing context
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, SQL, Python, R)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Metabase)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and metrics (Google Analytics, social media analytics, Mixpanel, Braze)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
