he purpose of this role is to provide operational administrative support services by following established standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ideally, candidates for this position should have 1-2 years of relevant experience and hold a Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Office Administration. Responsibilities include efficiently managing operational tasks, providing administrative support for financial transactions, ensuring work quality and adherence to policies, proactively resolving issues, adjusting task priorities as needed, and delivering customer service that aligns with our commitment to fairness.
