Description

The Tshwane North TVET College Food and Beverages Learnership offers a unique opportunity for applicants to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the food and beverages sector. This programme runs for 12 months, blending 30% classroom learning with 70% on-the-job training. Participants will receive a stipend while engaging in assessments and practical work placements at actual companies. With the support of experienced training providers, the programme ensures that participants are fully prepared for a successful career in the food and beverages industry.

Responsibilities

• Participate in both theoretical and practical learning in the food and beverages sector
• Complete assessments to test knowledge gained
• Undertake practical work placements at relevant companies to gain hands-on experience
• Contribute to a cost-saving culture by finding efficiencies in processes
• Engage in daily operations related to food and beverages services

Qualifications

• Completed NQF Level 3, Matric, or Grade 12 subjects
• Must include Mathematical Literacy, English FAL, Hospitality, or Consumer Studies in your qualifications
• Must reside in Pretoria
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 35
• Must be a South African citizen
