Are you currently unemployed? Are you seeking an opportunity to develop your potential and create a bright future at an industry-leading insurer? This exciting 12-month Learnership at Guardrisk provides theoretical knowledge and practical workplace experience, enabling you to obtain a Short Term and Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification. Learnerships open doors to career paths such as Claims and Operations. Successful candidates will receive a stipend of R5,500 per month.

Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom and practical on-the-job training
• Understand company products, policies, and procedures
• Maintain a portfolio of evidence for SETA submission
• Complete assessments and demonstrate proficiency
• Build and manage client relationships
• Adhere to service level agreements
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills
• Support innovation and foster teamwork

Qualifications

• South African citizen aged 18–25
• Passed Grade 12 or NQF level 4
• Pure Maths (60%) or Mathematical Literacy (70%)
• English (65%)
• Unemployed
• No prior learnership participation
