Responsibilities

• • Greet each customer within 30 seconds
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, following the Birkenstock customer service protocols
• • Identify customer needs and utilize your technical knowledge to illustrate the advantages that address those needs

Qualifications

• • Inspect the store and uphold stock presentation in line with a Birkenstock standards • Replenish sizes as necessary • Collaborate with the team to update the windows and mannequins every two weeks • Safeguard POS materials in the designated area to prevent any damage • Obtain a Grade 12 or equivalent qualification • Demonstrate a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience • Possessing knowledge of Birkenstock products is a plus Be prepared to work flexible shifts
