Description

The internship is a structured work-based program, affording unemployed graduates work experience in our company. The successful applicants will enter into a 12-month fixed term Internship agreement (not an employment contract) with the company and receive a stipend.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting of all OUTsurance’s in-house programs, Keep abreast of the latest technology in the industry, both Hardware and Software
  • Support of basic voice enquiries Support of all (desktop) Microsoft Applications
  • Ability to guide Staff members on technical issues
  • Technical knowledge sharing amongst all support team members and ensuring effective communication within the rest of the team
  • Build a relationship with the users and ensuring that the customer’s needs are met
  • Preventative maintenance Administration – Procedures

Qualifications

  • Information Technology/Information Systems
  • Diploma in Information Technology (3-4 years qualification)
  • Or relevant IT qualification (degree and/ or diploma)
  • A+ Certificate
