Description

The SIOC-CDT Learnership 2025 is a 12-month program aimed at empowering young people, women, and individuals with disabilities by providing them with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the call centre environment. Successful candidates will undergo training and gain hands-on experience in outbound sales and call centre operations while working towards an NQF Level 3 Learnership. This opportunity allows participants to grow, excel, and build a solid foundation for their careers, supported by experienced training providers throughout the program.

Responsibilities

• Render general clerical support services
• Provide financial administration support services in the component
• Maintain personnel records
• Offer supply chain clerical support services

Qualifications

• Outbound Sales Agents (X60 Positions)
• Age Requirement: 18 to 30 years old
• Qualification: A Matric certificate with English is mandatory
• Call Centre Manager
• At least 2–3 years of experience managing an outbound sales team in a call centre
• A bachelor’s degree is a bonus but not required
• Facilitator
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a call centre facilitator
• Must hold an Occupationally Directed Education, Training, and Development Practitioner (ODETD) qualification
