Description

This learnership provides an opportunity for learners to enroll in a National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging (NQF 3). Participants will engage in a structured one-year fixed-term contract that includes both theoretical and practical learning. The program integrates on-the-job training with theoretical coursework, preparing learners for a national qualification.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured learning program that combines theoretical coursework with hands-on work experience
• Gain a national qualification registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF)
• Apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings to develop workplace skills
• Demonstrate competence using various assessment methods aligned with industry standards

Qualifications

• Minimum Matric with Mathematics and English
• Technical Courses (N3, N4, N5, or N6) will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in teams and interact well with others
