The Barloworld Equipment Learnership 2025 program is a 12-month initiative aimed at developing young, passionate individuals interested in mechanical engineering and heavy machinery. Offered in Middelburg, South Africa, this learnership provides hands-on training and valuable experience in the field of Heavy Earthmoving Equipment maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians in inspecting Heavy Earthmoving Equipment
• Support with basic troubleshooting, testing, maintenance, and repairs
• Help in removing and installing components in the workshop or on customer sites
• Assist in ordering parts and managing inventory

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / N3 with
• Pure Mathematics: Minimum 45%
• English: Minimum 45%
• Physical Science: Minimum 45%
