The role entails providing HR service delivery and administration at the Bloemfontein Centre.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive HR services and resolve HR-related concerns within the centre
• Conduct recruitment and selection processes for centre vacancies (Grades 1-11)
• Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and training activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports
• Support the transformation, wellness, and talent management initiatives of the centre
• Act as a culture and change ambassador, promoting SBV values and strategic goals

Qualifications

• Studying towards a Human Resources Degree/Diploma
• Grade 12 or HR Diploma
