Description

To coordinate the delivery of learning and development services through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities

  • Administration Management Overview Actively interacts with consultants to meet daily customer service quality targets
  • Participates in weekly skills audit tests to improve knowledge and behavior
  • Resolves customer requests promptly
  • Leads team to meet quarterly performance contracts targets
  • Conducts assessments and conducts coaching sessions
  • Achieves productivity targets as per performance contracts
  • Maintains lower outbound transfer calls and exceeds schedule targets

Qualifications

  • Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Education, Training and Development
