The iStore is looking for Technical Support Interns to join their in-store tech team. This is a great opportunity for those passionate about technology, Apple products, and customer service. As a Technical Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians, assisting customers with troubleshooting, software installations, and technical support for Apple devices like Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in-store & over the phone
• Assist customers with software troubleshooting
• Guide customers on how to use Apple products
• Install and configure hardware & software
• Maintain accurate records of repairs & customer interactions
• Work with the tech team to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications

• Completed Matric (Grade 12)
• Completed A+ and N+ certification
• Degree/Diploma in IT
