The engineer will handle tickets unresolved by other engineers, focusing on reactive service issues. Strong communication, analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with Azure, WVD/RDS/Terminal Services, Networking, O365, and MS cloud technologies is required. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and advanced certifications are expected.
