Applicants should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar environment and hold a Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) [Level TBA: Pre-2009 was L4] in Office Administration or Finance Economics and Accounting. Responsibilities include delivering work in line with quality standards and defined procedures, conducting outbound call center calls professionally to enhance organizational reputation, ensuring adherence to customer service delivery and Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF) principles, executing sales transactions end-to-end, resolving client queries promptly, achieving monthly sales targets, and preventing potential losses/wastage by adhering to specified standards and procedures.
