The Cybersecurity Manager plays a crucial role in contributing technical insights relevant to client engagements and internal projects, while actively establishing, maintaining, and strengthening internal and external relationships. They are tasked with identifying potential business opportunities for BDO within existing engagements and the market, managing projects and people within the Cybersecurity Department, and controlling WIP while managing debtors. Key activities for achieving main objectives include managing client relationships, planning cybersecurity engagements, executing cybersecurity programs and solutions, managing project resources, controlling WIP, and overseeing day-to-day assignment activities from planning to reporting. Additionally, they are responsible for performance management across various areas such as Cyber Strategy and Planning, Testing and Verification, GRC, Security Risk Management, and Incident Response, as well as Cybersecurity Solutions.
