Anglo American Platinum is offering an Engineering Exposure Training program as part of its Unemployed (18.2 B1) Learnership. The selected candidates will receive an opportunity to train and qualify as Artisans through a structured learnership program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured Engineering Exposure Training under qualified Artisans and Technicians
• Attend theoretical and practical training as per the learnership curriculum
• Complete assigned tasks and projects related to the chosen trade
• Maintain a logbook/record of all training and tasks performed

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate with Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy), Physical Science, and English (minimum 40% pass in each subject)
• N2 or higher with all subjects required per the specific discipline requirements
• NCV Level 4 in the relevant trade, with all subjects passed at a minimum of 40%
