Momentum Retail: Learning & Performance is actively seeking a self-driven Skills Development Intern to join a dynamic team on an Internship Program. If you are passionate about Skills Development, possess exceptional administrative skills, good at building and maintaining relationships, this opportunity might just be for you. Provide an effective and efficient administrative and operational assistant function to support the Skills Development Manager and Learning &Performance team.

Responsibilities

  • Exposure to WSP and ATR is highly desirable
  • Support Skills development administration
  • Be client focused (both internal and external
  • Coordinate B-BBEE audit meetings and provide support to the sample divisions audited
  • Compile accurate portfolios of evidence for various Transformation audits and submit to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain skills development monitoring and reporting measures, systems and procedures
  • Accurately capture information on templates and systems to ensure data is readily available and enables Skills Development
  • Ensure all documentation complies with the requirements of the B-BBEE legislation and regulations
  • Assist and support the implementation of skills development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Matric and a tertiary qualification in Human Resources / Learning and Development or suitable qualification
  • Experience in dealing with learnerships, Internships and Bursaries
  • Experience with tracking and reporting of statistics
  • A natural affinity to administration tasks, and detail orientated
  • Good communication and computer literacy skills
  • Methodical, analytical and deadline driven
  • Able to solve problems and work under pressure
