The 2025 Internship Programme seeks to provide recent graduates an opportunity to gain meaningful workplace experience for a period of twenty-four (24) months to complement their studies. The graduate recruits will be part of a supportive environment allowing for continuous development. The programme is directed at those who have completed their undergraduate/ post-graduate studies by the end of 2024 academic year.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing workforce data to identify trends and future HR needs
• Support succession planning, talent acquisition, and workforce forecasting
• Help maintain organizational charts and employee records
• Assist in researching and implementing modern HR technologies and best practices
• Support digital transformation projects to enhance HR efficiency
• Help document and streamline HR workflows and policies

Qualifications

• National Diploma
• BA Degree
• BCom
• B Tech
• Honours Degree, Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management
• Public Administration
• Industrial Psychology
• Social, Human -Science
• Psychology
