Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) South Africa is looking for a highly motivated and strategic Program Management Intern to join the Office of the Managing Director. This internship provides an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in business operations, sales support, and strategic initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Sales Staff: Assist the sales team with administrative and operational support to ensure smooth execution of business activities
• Driving Business Initiatives: Collaborate with different teams to execute key business projects and initiatives that align with HPE’s strategic objectives
• Market Growth Strategy: Research, analyze, and propose innovative ideas to help expand HPE’s market share in South Africa
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project alignment
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key business metrics and contribute to reports that help drive data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business
• Management
• Marketing, or a related field
• Graduation Status: Must have recently graduated from university
• Skills: Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus
