Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa offers a highly successful 1-year Training Program for graduates from diverse fields of study. This program provides young professionals with a valuable opportunity to acquire practical experience and training. Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding
  • Support employee relations and engagement
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Collect and analyse HR data for reporting

Qualifications

  • Applicants are required to have successfully completed their Degree in their discipline with a pass rate of 65% or higher
  • Applicants who have not yet concluded their studies, will not be considered for the program
  • Applicants needs to be between the ages of 18-35
  • Preferred Degree Bachelor of Arts
