Responsibilities

• The Management Trainee Programme is a 4-5 year development initiative focused on authentic leadership, offering hands-on experience in real business projects
• Trainees receive training, mentorship, and structured growth plans to build a strong career foundation
• They must show high drive, initiative, and teamwork while being open to relocation across different sites or provinces as part of their rotational development
• Successful trainees gain ownership of projects and long-term career opportunities

Qualifications

• Completed studies or currently in the final year of study in Beng / Bsc Electromechanical / Bachelor of Electromechanical Engineering in Engineering and Technology
• South African citizen or permanent resident
• Good academic results in your majors in 2nd and 3rd year
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, including Excel and Word)
• A valid South African drivers license (Preferred)
