You will collaborate with various departments to optimize inventory levels and promotional strategies, ensuring that the business meets its budgeted sales and profitability targets. Essential tasks include aligning with the planning team on inventory levels, analyzing business trends to make necessary adjustments, and partnering with retail merchants to develop and optimize online-exclusive products and categories. You will also help develop merchandising strategies, prepare for and lead monthly planning meetings, conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and maximize conversion through improved customer experience and merchandising.
