Responsibilities

  • Task Coordination & Administration: Manage and coordinate tasks to meet Siemens Learning Department standards
  • Commercial & Financial Duties: Oversee financial tasks such as purchase orders, invoices, and payment verifications
  • Learning Application Verification: Verify learning applications and resolve discrepancies with employees
  • Employee & Bursar Support: Address administrative queries from employees and bursars, ensuring smooth communication
  • Catalogue & Course Management: Update the learning catalogue, liaise with providers, and ensure timely enrolment approvals
  • External Bursar Support: Assist external bursars and ensure timely processing of payments like accommodation and allowances
  • SETA Liaison: Support SETA activities and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Training Documentation & Filing: Organize and file training documentation for easy access
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the Learning Department's database for accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

  • B
  • Com Degree in Accounting
  • or Business Administration
  • HR, Training, or Development
