You will provide technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of a variety of system equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform faultfinding and planned maintenance of Philips equipment
• Assisting Field Service Engineers in the field as required
• Providing limited technical support within fixed limits to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment
• Serving as secondary customer contact on technical and service related problems
• Diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures
• Operating relatively autonomous within procedures, methods and techniques

Qualifications

• You are a 2023-2025 graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Engineering
• Light Current
• Computer Systems completed
• Biomedical Engineering
• You are a South African Graduate and have completed all modules/credits for the qualification mentioned above with a minimum of 60%
• Fluent in English
