We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team. Your responsibilities will include liaising with stakeholders across Group Technology to build a network aligned with the new Way of Working (nWoW) and ensuring stable solutions by delivering automated testing and quality practices within agreed timelines and risk parameters. You will build strong relationships with peers, subject matter experts, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders through honest communication. Developing a deep understanding of the domain, participating in Program Increment (PI) planning, and engaging in backlog grooming and sprint planning are also key aspects of the role. Additionally, you will create and align test strategies with squad objectives, ensure all committed user stories and acceptance criteria are tested, and manage issues and risks raised by the Software Quality & Test Engineers. You will review test automation solutions for reusability and scalability, ensure continuous test automation on DevOps pipelines, contribute to documentation of quality practices, and provide input into the performance management of team members.
