Responsibilities

• Participate in a 6-month structured training program
• Complete team rotations in Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, Analytics
• Attend soft skills workshops and senior staff sessions
• Collaborate in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Work with global brands in e-commerce, beauty, and gaming industries

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably WITS, UCT, or Stellenbosch)
• Analytical background preferred (Finance, Economics, Maths, Engineering, Physics)
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Adaptable, eager to learn, and proactive
