This 12-month internship offers hands-on experience in the Human Resources department of L'Oréal South Africa. Interns will engage in administrative support, project involvement, onboarding processes, employee relations, and HR data analysis in a dynamic and diverse work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes (job ads, CV screening, interviews)
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR admin tasks
  • Contribute to HR projects (eg training, surveys, initiatives)
  • Support employee relations activities and engagement
  • Analyze HR data and create reports
  • Perform other HR-related duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in: Human Resources Management
  • Business Administration
  • Or a related field
  • Strong interest in HR
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams
  • (Optional) Prior internship experience in HR is an advantage
