MongoDB’s Women in Computer Science Summit is a virtual early identification event designed for students passionate about a career in software engineering. It offers learning, mentorship, networking, and the opportunity to interview for the 2026 Summer Internship. The program includes a Summit event, technical interviews, and final assessments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Women in Computer Science Summit on May 29, 2025
• Engage in interviews to assess technical and behavioral skills
• Collaborate with MongoDB engineers and learn about their software engineering career paths
• Progress through the interview stages toward securing a 2026 Software Engineering Internship

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Expected graduation: Fall 2026, Spring 2027, or early Summer 2027
• Knowledge in at least one of: Java, Python, Go, C++, JavaScript, Nodejs, or another object-oriented language
• Must have authorization to work in the relevant EMEA country
