Responsibilities

• Commit to the full duration of the learnership and meet assessment deadlines
• Apply theoretical knowledge to real-world mining scenarios
• Report hazards/near-misses and uphold Tharisa’s zero-harm safety culture
• Attend mentorship sessions and performance reviews

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) with Maths & Science (essential for technical roles)
• N2/N3 Engineering (advantageous for technical learnerships)
