Your responsibilities will involve assisting in various tasks related to sales analysis, broker engagement, and supporting the implementation and management of new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and management the customer pipeline tool
• Ensure compliance and utilisation of the customer tools by the sales and underwriting team
• Extract, analyse, and prepare reports based on tool data to support business decisions
• Assist in managing and maintaining CRM systems to support sales activities
