As a Graduate Analyst, you will collaborate with senior professionals across multiple departments. Your role will involve supporting the execution of financial transactions, conducting market and industry research, and contributing to due diligence efforts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, research, and due diligence on prospective transactions
• Assist deal teams in preparing presentations and pitch books for investors
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analytical tools to support decision-making
• Perform market research and analyze industry trends to inform investment strategies
• Support transaction execution, including closing processes and documentation
• Work with cross-functional teams in corporate finance, M&A, and capital markets (both equity and debt)
• Manage data rooms, ensuring all documents are properly organized and updated
• Draft announcements and prepare clear, accurate materials for investor meetings
• Source relevant articles for internal updates and external communications
• Update pipelines, presentations, and marketing materials with the latest information
• Participate in meetings with current and prospective investors and partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Economics, Finance, Accounting, Investments, Business, or a related discipline
