Our graduate programme aims to attract talent with strong technical knowledge who can become thought leaders and trusted advisors. We combine theoretical learning and practical experience, supported by rotations across the CIB Technology business lifecycle. You will learn application and technology architecture processes such as analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and also gain exposure to operations, maintenance, and support of live production environments.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and debug code under supervision
• Contribute to existing projects or small modules of larger applications
• Monitor system performance
• Help with troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues
• Work on assigned projects with defined scopes and timelines
• Collaborate with different teams like development, testing, operations, and security
