Description

To facilitate the test effort's success by driving quality and test advocacy, resource planning and management, and resolution of issues that impede the test effort. To act as a trusted / expert advisor and specialist resource that provides leadership in all quality engineering related activities, including providing guidance on opportunities to improve quality, approach, strategy etc.

Responsibilities

• Process Automation: Design, develop, and implement automated solutions for banking processes using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate
• Scripting and Coding: Write scripts or small applications (often in Python, JavaScript, or VBA) to automate routine tasks
• Workflow Optimization: Identify inefficient manual processes and propose automation or digital transformation solutions
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders (product managers, banking teams) to understand business requirements
• Process Mapping: Document and analyze current workflows to identify automation opportunities
• Solution Design: Create logical, scalable, and efficient automation designs
