We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Performance Information Graduate Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for recent graduates or final-year students interested in data analysis, performance measurement, and strategic reporting. The intern will support the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to help improve decision-making and organisational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection, verification, and consolidation of performance data from various departments
• Support the development and maintenance of performance dashboards and reports
• Analyze trends and highlight areas of concern or improvement opportunities Help track progress toward strategic and operational goals
• Assist with performance review meetings by preparing reports and visual presentations
• Participate in audits or assessments of performance data quality and integrity
• Support the development and refinement of performance measurement tools and frameworks
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to performance reporting processes

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Solid understanding of data collection and reporting methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data visualisation tools (eg, Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a performance-driven team
