Our Government Affairs Young Professional Program offers high-potential graduates a unique opportunity to launch their careers at the intersection of public policy, advocacy, and corporate strategy. This structured program provides hands-on experience in legislative analysis, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory affairs while working alongside seasoned government relations professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze federal/state legislation, regulations, and policy trends impacting our industry
  • Assist in preparing policy briefs, testimony, and position papers for internal and external audiences
  • Support advocacy efforts including Capitol Hill meetings, agency engagements, and trade association collaborations
  • Monitor committee hearings, markups, and regulatory comment periods
  • Help coordinate political engagement strategies (PAC, grassroots, etc)
  • Research and map key policymakers, staff, and influencers
  • Assist with coalition building and third-party outreach
