Therationale behind theprogramme is to increaseskills within the company aswell as the industry. Thisprogramme also addressessuccession planning andtransformation objectives.This is a generic structuredprogramme that assistcompanies to expose anddevelop the interns.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions, and generate reports to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Provide administrative assistance to senior staff, including tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, management, and clients, to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications

• BCom or National Diploma graduate, or equivalent NQF with Accounting or Finance
