As part of the 2025 Graduate Programme, you will join our Compliance team, reporting to the Director of Compliance. This is a 12-month program based in our Centurion office, with a hybrid work model requiring on-site presence at least three days a week.

Responsibilities

• You will report to the Compliance Manager
• Conduct case and gap analysis to identify potential compliance issues
• Stay current with PCI standards, anti-money laundering (AML)
• Regulations, Trade and Card Brand requirements, and other relevant legal and regulatory obligations
• Track applicable executive orders, regulatory and industry updates, and draft concise summaries
• Manage due diligence requests from banking partners and stakeholders
• Maintain and update policies, procedures, and training materials to meet compliance standards
• Assist with internal and external audits, regulatory exams, and assessments
• Investigate and resolve issue tickets from external merchants, vendors, and internal support teams

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Business, or a related discipline
