This graduate opportunity offers hands-on experience supporting the People and Culture (Human Resources) function at Sanofi. The role involves administrative duties, project coordination, and supporting internal HR processes and events.

Responsibilities

  • Support P&C projects and provide admin assistance
  • Manage meetings and diary for the People Director
  • Handle procurement and supplier contract processes
  • Book travel and process expense claims
  • Assist with presentations, spreadsheets, and team minutes
  • Coordinate paperwork for international mobility cases
  • Update organograms and assist with job audits quarterly
  • Participate in events (e

  • , wellness days, year-end functions)
  • Act as Secretary for the Employment Equity Committee

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Commerce
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • 0–1 year of experience in HR or Admin (advantageous)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
