We are seeking ambitious, high-potential graduates to join our dynamic Management Trainee Programme. This 4–5 year programme is designed to develop authentic future leaders by offering real-world business exposure, structured training, and personal development opportunities. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of our organization, work on high-impact projects, and take ownership of meaningful initiatives that drive business results.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational programme across key business functions
• Lead and contribute to real-time projects with measurable outcomes and business impact
• Engage in continuous learning through formal training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a holistic understanding of the organization
• Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced leaders to support professional growth
• Develop and present project reports, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations
• Take initiative in identifying business improvement opportunities
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and a growth mindset in all aspects of the programme
• Track personal development goals as outlined in the individual development plan (IDP)
• Uphold company values and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture

Qualifications

• Completed studies or currently in the final year of study in BCom / BCom Honours / BBusSci / BBusSci Honours / BSocSci / BSocSci Honours (Marketing/ Data Science/Economics/Management/ Finance/ Accounting)
• South African citizen or permanent resident
• Good academic results in your majors in 2nd and 3rd year
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, including Excel and Word)
• A valid South African drivers license (Preferred)
