Description

The goal of the Barloworld Learnership is to develop a pipeline of young talent inside the organization. The program, which is currently based in Isando – Rustenburg, provides learners with the chance to obtain credible on-the-job practical industry experience while also providing them with continuous assistance and education. The learnership focuses on the field of Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic General Global Grade 03.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill all theoretical studies, practical training, and skills assessments successfully
• Complete all necessary documentation for experience-building, including logbooks, skills records, and training reports
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures
• Uphold high standards of workplace cleanliness and organization

Qualifications

• Complete Grade 12 or N3 with Pure Mathematics and Physical Science
• Achieve a minimum of 50% in English for Grade 12 or N3
• Obtain N3 or N4 with relevant theoretical knowledge in Motor, Diesel, or Electrical fields to enhance your qualifications
