Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong partnerships with both technical and non-technical teams, fostering a collaborative and trusting environment
• Collaborate closely with business owners and product managers to translate business needs into project deliverables (Epics, features, user stories, and UI mockups/wireframes)
• Act as a liaison between business partners, product managers, and technology teams to define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring their timely implementation
• Organise and lead engaging requirement-gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders
• Plan sprints, manage the backlog, and maintain momentum for yourself and the team
• Team up with technical resources to develop solutions that meet customer expectations

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT field
• Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to convert business functionality and opportunities into clear, concise, and easy-to-read artifacts, including UI mockups, user stories, and functional requirements
• The ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and collaborate and work with a team in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to interact and develop relationships with all levels of personnel, including management, from both business and technology teams
