As a Retail Operations Intern, you will support the daily functions of the operations team by analyzing store performance, assisting in process improvement initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional projects. This internship offers a comprehensive view of how retail operations work behind the scenes to keep stores running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and analyzing store KPIs (sales, conversion rates, inventory turnover, etc)
• Support the execution of retail initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and promotional planning
• Coordinate with stores and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics)

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in: Accounting/Finance/ Business or related
