Responsibilities

• A 10-month leadership development journey which focusses on; personal leadership, personal branding, design thinking methodology, digital agility innovation and disruption, team effectiveness, strategic and analytical problem solving
• Exposure to one of Absa’s Africa regional offices
• Absa Force For Good (CSI) initiatives

Qualifications

• must have a qualification in the discipline of Actuarial Science or Aeronautical Engineering or Business and Management Studies or Chemical Engineering or Civil Engineering or Computer Science or Economics or Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Finance or Industrial Engineering or Law or Manufacturing Engineering or Mathematics or Mechanical Engineering or Mining Engineering or Statistics or Mechatronic Engineering
