The Data Analyst/Scientist is responsible for leading and managing the design, execution, and analysis of various surveys including bespoke, flagship, Employee Engagement/Experience/Culture surveys, and other custom projects. This role involves extensive client management, data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with the Surveys department to support and enhance survey capabilities.This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence the growth and success of the department and contribute to the overall strategic goals of Emergence Human Capital.
