Description

We have an exciting learning opportunity for a HR Graduate, which will include exposure, understanding and application of the following: HR Operations administration and systems (e.g. SAGE, Greylink) HR Operations understanding and application (eg recruitment, onboarding, employee movement, terminations. Learning and Development administration and systems (e.g. Moodle, SAGE)

Responsibilities

• Process understanding for the following disciplines within Human Resources: Learning and Development
• Talent / Skills Development
• Organisational Development
• Industrial Relations
• The Graduate will at times support the national Human Resources structure in rolling out of specific projects / tasks

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management
