IN-SERVICE TRAINEE – ENGINEERING: An opportunity exists for one suitable students to gain on the job experience as Engineering In-Service Trainee for a period of 12 months. These positions are based at Midrand. KEY OUTPUT To maintain (inspect and adjust) and repair equipment proactively as per maintenance targets in order to continually improve department efficiency, to optimize equipment availability and to minimize losses and risk.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential issues
• Assist in routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently and meets performance targets
• Support the repair of malfunctioning equipment, collaborating with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Document repairs and maintenance actions taken to maintain an accurate history of equipment performance

Qualifications

• UALIFICATIONS · Studying towards National Diploma in Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or related qualification
